Complete offline execution
Open-weight models run on internal hardware with no external connections, no telemetry and no cloud dependencies.
Defense organisations need AI that keeps working under communication blackouts and keeps mission data inside the operational unit. Innergate deploys air-gapped, on-premise systems on dedicated hardware, running open-weight models tuned for cyber and defense environments — with no foreign cloud services, no external APIs and no metered billing.
01
Open-weight models run on internal hardware with no external connections, no telemetry and no cloud dependencies.
02
Domain-specific open-weight models adapted for military vocabulary, offensive and defensive cyber workflows, and air-gapped operation.
03
Aligned with EU strategic autonomy objectives and NIS2, and designed to sit inside national security clearance frameworks without US CLOUD Act exposure.
04
Immutable local logging, SIEM export, and role-based access control mapped to defense security classifications.
05
A single unit serves dozens of simultaneous operators across shipboard or field networks, without a server room.
06
Models run locally, so usage is never metered. Operational tempo can surge without the bill following it — no per-token charges, no per-seat licensing, and no procurement cycle in the middle of an operation.
Defense deployments are built on the same Gate platforms as the rest of the range, in ruggedised and shock-mounted variants. Five reference configurations cover the echelons from forward operating base to strategic data centre.
| Tier | Configuration | Deployment echelon | Capacity | Form factor |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GATE I | “Outpost” | Tactical edge and forward operating bases | Up to 72 GB GPU memory · 5–10 operators · 30B-class models, tactical log triage, fast routing | Rugged transit case, generator or vehicular power |
| “Garrison” | Command posts and field headquarters | Up to 96 GB GPU memory · 10–15 operators · long-context RAG (128K+), threat data synthesis | Reinforced fixed station | |
| GATE II | “Mariner” | Naval combatants and submarines | 288–384 GB GPU memory · 30–100 operators · multi-model fleet, maintenance copilots, watch reports | Shock-mounted chassis |
| GATE III | “Fortress” | Joint operations and strategic headquarters | 768 GB GPU memory · 100–300 operators · full multi-model fleet, automated cyber triage | Sovereign rack |
| “Citadel” | Strategic defense data centres | Up to 1.5 TB GPU memory · 300+ operators · frontier models at full precision, multi-tenant | Multi-node cluster |
These are reference configurations, not a fixed catalogue. In practice every deployment depends on the platform, the echelon and the conditions it has to work in — so we size each one from scratch, starting with a 30-minute call.
Defensive and offensive cyber operations: Local analysis of network telemetry, reverse-engineering assistance, vulnerability assessment and threat-actor behavioural mapping.
Platform maintenance copilots: Troubleshooting grounded in platform and weapons-system documentation, at sea or in base arsenals.
Briefing and intelligence collation: Multi-source summarisation, log compilation and mission reporting across structured and unstructured feeds.
Translation in denied environments: Document and voice translation with no network connection.
Onboard simulation and training: Automated red teaming, tactical scenario generation and crew training during long deployments.
| Requirement | Innergate approach |
|---|---|
| Air gap | Fully offline inference with no outbound telemetry |
| Model customisation | Domain-specific fine-tuning on open-weight architectures (cyber, tactics, maintenance) |
| Data sovereignty | EU-based assembly and supply chain, using open-weight models |
| Traceability | Immutable audit logging, SIEM integration and clearance-based access control |
| Shock and EMC | Shock-mounted rugged chassis, specified against MIL-STD-461G for customer-led qualification |
| TEMPEST / SDIP | Delivered alongside certified defense partners |
Innergate infrastructure is architected for alignment with the frameworks and standards listed above. Innergate does not hold these certifications — certifications are obtained by the client organisation, and formal qualification testing is carried out per programme.
Sizing depends on echelon, operator count, and the classification level you work under. A 30-minute conversation is usually enough to narrow it down.
